フィリピンにおける支援先「CMSP」について
CMSP is a NGO established in 1989 giving holistic child care development services to poor and needy children in a homelike loving happy environment and enable them to become productive members of society, hoping to stop the cycle of poverty, with educational support given up to college level.
CMSPとは、1989年に設立されたフィリピンの非営利団体(NGO)で、貧しい環境で生まれた子ども達を育てるチャイルドケアサービスや大学に通うまでの生活支援を行っています。CMSPは、まるで子ども達の本当の家であるかのように、楽しく、笑顔にあふれる環境の中で、子ども達一人一人が自立し、社会に貢献できる大人"Productive Member of Society"に育つことを目指しています。
2000年設立のパラサイヨは、そのCMSPの人間育成や教育への姿勢に共感し、大学や職業訓練/専門学校へ進学する支援を続けています。貧困のサイクルを断ち切り、子ども全員が立派な大人として自立できるよう、進学、教育支援に、共に取り組んでいます。
下記は、17年間、強いパートナーシップで活動をしてきた、現地のリーダー2人のダイナとキース。

Dear Future CEOs in Japan
Thank you for visiting 'Parasaiyo Internship' website!
I am Dinah Udarbe-Macaranas, Executive Director of CMSP.
I am thankful for Parasaiyo, their families and friends, who are all supporting Parasaiyo activities in order to help the needy children go to college.
Parasaiyo’s coming to CMSP was providential, the turning point for us to be able to let the children pursue higher education.
Because of their loving support, I can say to the children,“study hard so that you can go to college, then get a job, and help your family”.
Now the children are aware that they should also study and strive to be good persons and help make a difference to their own lives and their families.
My ardent wish is that we can help stop the cycle of poverty with each CMSP child getting higher education and technical training.
And this internship will definitely bring our partnership to the next level for children.
I am looking forward to meeting energetic interns in the future, and
thank you for your generous help in building a better future through the program!

私はCMSPの経営責任を務めている、ダイナと申します。
私はCMSPの子ども達が大学に行けるように活動してくれているパラサイヨの皆様、そしてその活動を支えてくれているそのご家族、ご友人に感謝をしています。そしてパラサイヨの皆様がCMSPに訪れてくれることは、とてもありがたく、子ども達により良い教育を追求してもらういいきっかけになっています。
パラサイヨの皆様のおかげで、子ども達に「大学に行って、いい仕事を見つけ、家族を助けるために、たくさん勉強をしなさい」と言うことができます。
現在では子ども達自身もたくさん勉強して素晴らしい人になることが、彼らの人生、そしてその家族の人生を変えるということに気づいています。
私の切なる願いは、より高い教育、職業技術訓練を受けたCMSPの子ども達と、貧困のサイクルを止めることです。
そして皆様が参加するこのインターンシップが、必ず私たちを次のステージに押してくれると信じています。
